Garden Transformation
The house sits on a sloping lot, where the first floor sits above the ground by a full floor. The design incorporates a series of exterior living spaces accessed from the main floor and cascading down to the lower level gardens, including a deck for dining, a patio for gathering and cooking, a stair through gardens, a firepit and a bee garden.
This project received the Gold Award for Best Residential Landscape at the 2023 PRO Remodeling Awards. In addition, it received a 2023 PRISM award for excellence for “Best Design for Outdoor Living” from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
